Arma 3 Wasteland Server Rules:
Please take your time to read through the rules . All our rules apply to all players of our Arma 3 Wasteland community.
To report any player breaking the rules listed below, please contact us either per Discord #arma-support channel or in our Forum at Complaints. (with Video/Screenshots)
1. Text/Voice Rules:
- Although swearing is allowed, racist words and hate speech such as anti-semitism, sexism and discrimination will not be tolerated. (Any player deemed by the admins to be overly abusive or making real life threats may be punished)
- Spamming in the Text or Voice channels will not be tolerated.
- We prefer the use of English in both Global and side channels; please utilise the group channel for communicating in other languages.
2. Advertisement:
- Posting/promoting other Server IP's or Discord/Website URL's won't be tolerated.
3. Combat/HVT logging:
- Disconnecting while engaged in combat with another player is prohibited.
- Logging out while being a high value target (carrying more than 300.000$) or while being a drug runner is not allowed.
4. Team Rules:
- Teamkilling won't be tolerated. If you either try to bypass the kick system, or try to force a team-switch to the independent faction you will be punished.
- Stealing mission money is only allowed if you are in a different faction (Blufor/Opfor) or independent group.
- Collaboration with the enemy, including sharing intel or forming alliances with them (stream sniping), is prohibited.
- Intentionally switching teams upon joining with the aim of identifying enemy positions is not allowed.
- Teamkill by vehicle clipping with Quadbike/Gokarts is considered as trolling and will be punished.
- As part of the Independent faction, all players are free to engage with each other as long as they are not part of the same group.
5. Fair Play:
- Cheats, Exploits, Dupping, Bug use or Glitches are forbidden and will result in a ban.**
Exploiting faulty features to gain an advantage is called 'bug use'. The worse the bug use, the worse the penalty.(coming v1.6.3)- Hiding inside non-enterable buildings, rocks, walls or on trees is considered glitching.
- Placing beacons inside non-enterable buildings, objects, walls, rocks or on trees is considered glitching.
6. Armed Plane Limit:
- Each faction is allowed to have a maximum of 2 armed planes simultaneusly in the air, on any map (2x Blufor, 2x Opfor, 2x Independent).
- The UAV "Sentinel", "KH-3A Fenghuang Drone" or "MQ-4A Greyhawk " are also considered armed planes.
7. Usernames:
- Offensive usernames are not allowed.
- Usernames must be in legible form (names solely consisting of symbols are not allowed)
8. Other:
- If someone random sends/gives you a high count of money, report it immediately.
- Entering the spawn island/zone is not being tolerated (also not for events)
- Attempting to evade a ban by using another account will not be tolerated.
- Placing offensive markers on the map will not be tolerated.
You must report suspicious gaming behavior at any time. If you play with a cheater for an extended period of time and don't report the cheater, you may lose XP.(coming v1.6.3)
